    • NDES007 : ESXi host will be connected to two ports on different Top of the Rack (ToR) switches

    • NDES008 : All ESXi will be connected over 25 Gbps NICs

    • NDES009 : All ESXi Ports/Uplinks will be configured portfast

    • NDES010 : All ESXi Ports/Uplinks will be configured as TrunkPorts.

    • NDES011: Use a reliable Time Source (NTP) for all components deployed in VVDS

    • NDES012: All components deployed in VVDS must have DNS entries for forward, reverse, short and FQDN resolution.

    • NDES013: No EtherChannel (LAG/vPC) configuration for ESXi host uplinks

    • NDES014 :All workloads deployed as part of VVDS Project will have static IP Address unless otherwise mentioned in this document.

    • NDES015 : DHCP Address will be offered to VTEP interface via DHCP server.

    • NDES016 : Jumbo frames with MTU 9000 will be enabled all uplinks on ESXi nodes
